Shelly is an experienced corporate, commercial and property lawyer. Her particular skillset means that her corporate and individual clients are able to rely on her for a wide range of legal advice, from company matters to rural transactions.

Alice is a specialist private client lawyer whose practice is centered around advising on complex estate, trust, and capacity matters as well as asset protection. She has a particular expertise in advising clients who are facing or dealing with a contentious or problematic trust or estate issue.

Mike is our Operations Manager and works alongside the Directors overseeing the day-to-day management of the firm.

Judith is an experienced lawyer who focuses on all areas of property and commercial transactions. Her practice area includes trust work, including advising clients around the formation and administration of trusts as well as general asset protection.

Dianne is an experienced lawyer who specialises in all areas of property and commercial transactions. Dianne is a property law expert with a particular interest in residential conveyancing and subdivisions.

Justina is experienced commercial and property lawyer who specialises in franchise law. Her practice area includes advising on the set up and operation of businesses and trusts.

Robyn is a highly experienced and skilled legal executive. Her expertise includes estate administration and planning, wills, enduring powers of attorney, elder law and retirement villages. Robyn is a specialist in complex wills and estate matters.

Keryn is a skilled general practice solicitor dealing in private and commercial client matters. She has a particular specialty in relationship property, employment and disputes resolution and takes pride in her pragmatic, solution-focussed approach.

Tegan supports our senior members of staff who specialise in private client work. She has a particular interest in relationship property and trust matters.

Vicky was admitted to the bar in March 2022. She supports our senior team members in all areas of our practice.

Zichi completed her law degree at the University of Waikato in 2021 and was admitted to the bar in September 2022. She assists the team by providing support in all areas of our practice. Zichi is fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Allie is a senior legal administrator and assists us with all areas of our practice including trust accounting, estates, conveyancing, wills, and enduring powers of attorney.

Kimberley is an Accounts Administrator and Legal Assistant. She currently provides administrative support for the legal team and manages the trust account.

Robyn operates and administers our Anti Money Laundering compliance programme. She is an authority on the legislative requirements and ensures that our obligations under the regime are met.

Jaimie is the friendly face out at reception. She provides deed, file, and administrative support for the team.
